Not being a smart arse, I have low regard for ground beef that is mass produced, with reason. For instance, an organization that I belong to had a BBQ and a lady and her husband made all the hamburgers for us to grill. They were gristly, fatty, the flare up and grease fires were a pain to deal with. When she gave me her receipt for reimbursement I saw why, Sam's club 5 lbs rolls.
But they sell them, people buy them, I'd just rather not eat them.
I do buy the Sam's 90% lean ground beef in the fresh ground packs.
