Buy a fresh one and brine your own. It adds weight to your bird and you will be paying for the moisture that you can add yourself.

they even sell BRINE KITS that makes it easy with all the seasonings, instructions, and a brine bag. I've seen em at Stines in walker. not sure elsewhere, like bed bath beyond mabye

Grocery stores are full of brined turkeys. Butterball is one. Water, salt, modified food starch, sodium phosphates and natural flavors etc.
