Planning on heading there tomorrow, assuming I can get there. Didn’t realize the Saints were playing at home. Do they close off any of the streets near there that would make it difficult to drive there, pick up some cans, and head out?
Also, for this that have been, how is the beer compared to Parleaux? I’ve heard that it doesn’t feel like a typical brewery, however, I like the styles they make. Cask ale, Czech and German lagers are my go to right now.
If I can’t get to Saint X, then I plan to drop by Parleaux for some pilsners.

I have no clue about the traffic issues but the beer at Saint X is brewed more traditionally than Parleaux. I've been twice and I don't know if any brews have had adjuncts in it.

I was able to stop by. So far I’ve had the Italian pils and the Czech pale lager and both are fantastic.
Took a peak at the horizontal fermenters and want to actually sit down and drink there and take a brewery tour if they have them. Has the feel more of a restaurant than a brewery but that’s not a bad thing. Trying to convince the wife to let me swing by on the way home to grab some merch and a Czech amber lager i saw they brewed a little while ago.
