Think I am going tartare, lamb, venison steak.

Snapper is backup plan.

Old fashioned is pretty good. Not sweet, which is always a winner in my book.

I can’t do tartare, but the menu is no doubt not French traditional.

I don't want ice in my Old Fashioned. It waters it down too much.

Drink faster.

Or order a sazerac.

Rotisserie lamb. Well. Some pieces were really good. Moist, lots of delicous flavor, perfect almost. While other parts are a little gamey and kind of tough. If I compare it to a cochon de lait, the same sort of roulette is played.

Venison steak. Really good. Tender, great flavor, great portion. Split steak fries and au gratin potatoes for those noticing the potatoes.

Will say. Throughout everything the sauces have been incredible even when the dish isn't exactly thrilling.
