I smoked some boneless beef ribs for burnt ends for the first time this weekend. They turned out delicious, and I will definitely do them again. Does the FDB have any Asian spiced recipes for burnt ends?

with beef, you want to use a bulgogi-type sauce. can marinate or use as BBQ sauce (it has a lot of sugar so basting may be tough)

I do these A LOT.
Need to find the korean cut short ribs.
Cover liberally with 50/50 Oyster sauce/soy sauce and pack them in brown sugar. cover and let them sit overnight.
Unpack and get the smoker/grill about 275 over indirect heat.
Brush the ribs with sesame oil and put them on the grill for about an hour, adding just enough soy sauce/oyster sauce/sesame oil to keep them wet.
Top with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with steamed brocolli and jasmine rice.
One of my top 5 favorite plates of food.
