There is a smokehouse with a drive thru 5 miles from our house so we don't even bother to do them at home anymore. They are delicious and reasonably priced.
This was the first time I ever saw this boneless business and I would buy again because cheap and easy but would not consider them ribs. But maybe marinade and cook like a loin since it is much smaller than purchasing a whole loin.

In the old days country style ribs were cut from the shoulder end of the pork loin....but only the first 5 bones. "Ribs" cut from the Boston butt were called Western Style ribs. Today you will see both called anything the grocer wants to call them. Most retailers today are selling Pork butt by any trendy name they come up with.
