Tonight Andrew attends a "raucous crayfish boil" with those crazy Finns.......don't miss it tonight on Travel Channel at 9pEDT.

Just saw it. Crawfish, They call it Rapu. Boil with dill and sugar among other things, then chill it I think overnight in the broth.

I am very interested in this.

They did, but their peeling technique was atrocious.

I do have to say, seeing boiled crawfish as a fine dinning experience was pretty funny. I'd love to see the expressions on those Fins faces if boudreaux and thibadeaux walked through the door with a case of bud heavy and white boots to show them how to do crawfish.
