I use a Sony 10 megapixel cybershot when im on photography duty. . It's the DSC-R10 or sonething like that. I think a good many of the pictures are his iphone4, but he has a small digital as well. Not sure what brand.

Cameo on the first episode... didn't get the apron but they showed him some during the first 15 or so minutes.
Still though, he made the top 100 and got to go out to Hollywood for the filming!
If you go back a few posts on his blog he wrote about the actual experience, one of the most interesting posts in my opinion.

I'd have a hard time deciding who the bigger a-hole contestant is/was on Master Chef - silver spoon derogatory Max, the bitchy prima donna Indian woman, or super bitch teflon coated Asian attorney who can do no wrong in her own eyes.
I read the blog entry, too bad for Jay. There is obviously some talent on the show, but a lot of it is hit or miss luck, too.

Max was definitely good for TV. Seemed like a true cocksucker, but I agree that he did have a different POV.
