Biscuits in a CI dutch oven cooked in the oven

I'm cleaning up and re-seasoning a dutch oven.
I usually cook biscuits in a cast iron skillet in the oven, but can only get about 5 in it. As the dutch over is bigger, I'm considering cooking biscuits (inside my electric oven) in it.
Anyone do this?
I'm assuming leave the lid off?
Any advice?

I've done bread in one, never biscuits.
I would leave the lid off to keep things more consistent with your skillet process.

Have you tried putting the biscuits on a baking sheet? Radical idea but I think it might work.

They rise better when crowed/touching in cast iron.
