Best way to thaw and re-heat smoked pork butt?

Would like to pull the pork for the Saints game tomorrow. Took pork butt out of deep freezer yesterday around this time and has been thawing in fridge since. Still pretty frozen solid.
Was thinking about putting in cold water bath for a couple of hours. If anyone has other ideas, I’m all ears.
Any advice as to how to reheat tomorrow morning?

Sous vide is a great way to reheat pork without drying it out, if you have a circulator. You can go straight from freezer to water bath if you vacuum sealed before freezing.
If you don't, thaw in the fridge or a few hours under a slow stream or running water and reheat gently in the oven on low heat, spritzing periodically to keep moist. That works too.

Sous vide machine is worth it just to use as a gadget to reheat bbq. Total game changer. I fill my smoker now every time I run and just vac pac into portions. Makes good little gifts for the employees and can be used a ton of ways. Brisket chili is amazing.
