This is what I do. It will cook more, but not too much. I usually make a sandwich or do something different with it other than eating it like steak, though. I don't like cold steak.
3rd, 4th'd, 5th'd whatever. This is what i do mostly. Though, i only leave the steak out around 15 minutes and then throw it in the cast iron. That way the center is still cold and the outside is hot hot hot. SOO GOOOD.
