Echoing the drains comment: they can reproduce in your sink's p-trap. So pour a little bleach down the sink and let it sit, then flush w/lots of hot water. If the trash has been taken out and the flies persist, the sink is prob your source. Unless your office is a complete sty. Ha.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are about to have our own Snowmeggedon over the next couple of days, so I am going to set the trap over the long weekend.
