That was my point. How many times can we debate Fleming's, Ruth's and Sullivan's?

I personally like Sullivan's, just because I've had some great times there. I agree with Afreaux that Ruth's has fallen off in recent years, ever since they sold out and went corporate IMO. Fleming's is pretty damn good and I've never been to Doe's. Is that the new place on Gov't?

I'm not a big Ruth's fan, nor have I ever really been but the one in BR was opened by TJ Moran originally and is still owned by him. It was going to go back to the corporate office but he decided to keep it earlier this year.

My favorite item ever was the homemade potato chips at the Broad Street location. I don't think any other ever had them and they would serve them with ketchup of all things. Probably one of about two things I can think of that I actually ate ketchup with. The other being meatloaf sandwiches.

Yeah, it's been there over a year now... something like that.

It's not bad at all, VERY casual place, but the prices are still high. I've only had steak there once and it was very good, but not quite Fleming's quality.

Then you are missing out. I don't eat ribeyes much anymore, I prefer NY Strips but most of those mentioned in this thread do a well enough job.
