One of the best recipes for hamburgers is to mix breadcrumbs, egg, Lipton onion soup mix, seasoning (tony's, garlic, etc.), diced onions if you want - then about 1/2 of a bottle of beer - any beer will do. It's money!

keep it simple.

salt, pepper , garlic powder, dash of Lea and Perrins and a bit of finely chopped onion/ mix as little asm possiable.

i do a package of deer burger and a package of deer and pork sausage together every once in a while.. makes a good burger with a little different taste..

I'm not going to lie, it is a good bit drier than your regular burger but I just don't seem to mind it after I put it on a bun with tomatoes, cheese, and onions
