I doubt YOU have tried them all. So many of them bastards. You are right about the Bocks. I have yet to find one that I do not like.

Ales flavors are more complex. I just can't get over the bitterness of the hops. Sierra Nevada is about as far as I can go and still enjoy drinking the beer. And I don't need a "palate cleanser" (Bud Light) afterward.

I don't care for Yuengling at all. If one is into Imperial Stout they should give this a go, 10% ABV:



Not for the faint of heart palates. Very robust, moderately hoppy and thick, but very drinkable. Near the top end of the scale for the IPS category in my book.

As many have said, there are far too many to choose a single favorite. I will say though, since stone has become available, I've been getting a lot of Ruination IPA and Arogant Bastard Ale.
