Very interested to see how this smoker performs. Just went and watched a few youtube videos on it.

So far so good, the fan kicked off at 10:32 and hasn't been on since. I have it set at 235, it's hovering around 235-237. That worries me some though, adding wood I'm not getting quite the thin blue smoke I want. I fear there is not enough air flow. We'll see...

Looks like a cheaper version of the stump.

Beef ribs came out great, smoker held temperature all day within a few degrees with the fan turning on maybe a couple of times. After the first cook, I'm impressed. If I can make this thing work vs spending an extra grand or so on a limo JR or Assassin, I'll be tickled.
