I’ve got chicken and a rack of beef ribs on the stick burner with charcoal and pecan.
But, I lost a 5 year old rosemary bush and several feet of a bay laurel during the Christmas freeze. Added all of the trimmings and wood to my fire box for the last few hours...the smoke smells fantastic.

Chicken was fantastic. Ribs are still running.
