BBQ Q&A

With 4th of July being a month away, I figured that we could start an open discussion each day on a different bbq meat, or piece of equipment over the next few days. The intent would be to help anyone that may have any questions about bbq, and for anyone that would like to offer any tips or suggestions. How do you feel about this, and do you believe that it can be beneficial? Which meat and or equipment would you like to start with tomorrow?
