Cozy Corner
Second this combo. BBQ Shop is pretty good across the board. Cozy Corner is good for ribs, rib tips, and their Cornish Game hen. And if you are going to try a BBQ Bologna Sammich, Cozy Corner is the place.

It's not Memphis-style, but Bain BBQ in midtown is great. Commissary is always good. If you do go to Central, get the wings. They're awesome.
