Takes place today at the Civic Center from 11am - 7pm. This is the first of hopefully many years of this festival. General admission is 10 bucks with all proceeds benefitting Lafourche ARC.
Just wanted to put it out there because I don't think they advertised it very much for some odd reason so not many folks know about it. It's for a good cause and should be fun.

I saw it advertised yesterday. First I heard of it.
Side note - I’m kind of tired of every bbq fest having blues. There’s only so much blusey-rock I can take in a day. I’d like to see a variety of genres.

Good Lord this x's 1000.
Just got back. Wasn't bad at all. Very nice crowd and vendors had food "reasonably" priced. VIP section was set up nice under the oaks and the ticket price included samples of all the bourbons they had on hand. $100 to get in there.
Only had about 6 or 7 vendors but nobody served the same thing so I thought that was coordinated well. Beer was 5 bucks a pop. Had about 8 to choose from (no Bud Light
Look forward to what it will grow into.
