I am doing a little grilling tomorrow and thinking some bacon wrapped shrimp would hit the spot. I was thinking of wrapping the shrimp with some cream cheese and bacon and throwing it on the grill and hitting them with a little sauce towards the end. Basically I am looking for some tips on whats the best way to go about this.
What I have to work with is a propane grill, a flat top, an air fryer, and of course a regular oven.
Should I cook the bacon a bit first before wrapping?
I know this is super easy and can be done multiple ways just always like a different opinion. Thanks.

Make it simple.

yes indeed.
I would think about adding jalapeno for a support and to hold the cheese. Youre gonna have to have a helluva wrap of bacon to keep the cheese in if its just cheese and shrimp

Yes generally I would but my sister in law is allergic.
Rouge I always do the the HEB jalapeños. I guess I can just do it the same way. Might cook the bacon a couple minutes in air fryer, wrap the shrimp, then throw on the grill with some sort of sauce. Sounds good? I might just 86 the cheese.
