My first thought when I saw this thread was that I would sacrifice every one of these closed bakeries again for just a single French sbakery like La Boulangerie or Poupart.

Growing up I loved stuff from Cake Palace. But the original one on Staring. When they moved to Essen it wasn’t quite as good.
