Barefoot Contessa version of Beef Bourguignon is delicious

Just throwing this out there; tasted more like a fancy version of a pot roast but the sauce was fire.
Really enjoyed it for someone looking for a change-up on the normal crockpot roast.
The cubed up meat was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
We toasted some french bread bagtettes with butter and poured it over that instead of potatoes or rice.
Highly recommend. Sorry I was a fatass and ate it all before I got any pics.
