Bakers: Life Changing Tip

I’ve been baking a lot since coronavirus but I have been baking for at least three or four years before so I’m fairly experienced. Sourdough and stuff like that. I forgot where I heard it or read it. Maybe it was hungryone or one of you other bakers.
Use COLD water to wash all of your flour out of your bowls and tools. Hot water just dissolves it and makes it into a glue. Cold water will make everything clump and wash away very easily. Why haven’t I’ve been doing this for the last four years?

Good tip. A flexible dough scraper is another good cleanup tool: scrape away as much off hands, bowl, etc before you wash.
