Into a blender:

1 ripe avocado
2 cloves garlic
2 whole jap peppers, with seeds
Water
Salt

Add the first 3 ingredients and 2 cups of water. Pulse well, adding more water if needed to reach a pourable, but thick sauce. Salt lightly.

Great on any taco or as a fiery dip (assuming the peppers are hot).

Love this salsa

This Mexican joint we go to every Friday night will bring us out this kind of salsa as well as a puréed roasted jalapeño salsa that I just can't get enough of...all the other peons just get the house red salsa
