My biggest issues was they had an entire wine list but could not produce a liquor list.
Seems to be a problem with many restaurants.
If a restaurant wants a liquor list more interesting than what's available at Wal-Mart, they could be updating and reprinting twice a week. The inconsistency with availability of spirits these days isn't even worth being annoyed about anymore. And now with Republic's Sazerac portfolio moving to Crescent and Glazer's also by the end of the year, inaccurate liquor lists will be even more common. Switching to a digital menu had it's own annoyances, also. Used to be able to bank on bartenders with a clue, but that's not a given these days either.
Just always try to order a minimum of 5 pours and they will always be delicious by the last few.

It’s good and it is going to cut into business at the Houmas House. Different experience though.
I’m interested to see if they can consistently produce quality over time.
