Picked up a bottle of sauce that is called Headless Horseradish that is really good. It is expensive at 15 bucks a pop so I would like to experiment and make my own. It has a good bit of horseradish flavor along with mustard and garlic. Pretty good level of heat.
Here are the ingredients: Horseradish, ghost chili pepper, garlic, canola oil, water, chipotle peppers, lemon juice, distilled white vinegar, dijon mustard, horseradish powder, salt, chili powder, black pepper
I just have no idea how much ratio of ingredients to use especially the horseradish.

It is a reddish brown. More brown. Thickness is like a thinned out ketchup.
