Buzz some mire pois plus garlic and thyme in foodpro mushrooms are good for added moisture as well. Sweat those off with s&p then cool. Make a panade. Add all in to a couple pounds of beef and a couple eggs. Season liberally and make a test patty in a pan to taste for seasoning. ~425 convection ~30-45 minutes. Brown gravy or cold ketchup, never baked on.
