Caught these nice shrimp last week at Rollover and had been told that you can fry the legs and decided to give it a shot. They came out very good. Almost have a taste like soft shell crabs.
When you dehead the shrimp, just stick your finger in the head and pull the legs out the bottom, then dip in fish fry and drop in the grease.
