Anyone ever eat at Bistro Ruth at Nicholls State Culinary School?

I saw a piece on it and they do these Russian Service meals (it's apparently the same format as used at US State Dinners) that look rather intriguing for $80 a person.
I'm just wondering if anyone here has been and can give insight about the food, wine offerings, and such. Not a whole lot online about it.

Haven't been personally, but know quite a few people who are regulars. From what I understand, the seats sell out.
Russian service is what we think of as "regular" restaurant service these days. Each course is individually plated in the kitchen and brought out to all diners simultaneously. French style service is sometimes called "family style" service: large portions of each dish are placed on the table and diners serve themselves from the communal dish.
