Going on the 23rd...pretty freaking excited. Asked for 6 courses with cocktail/wine pairings. Still waiting to see first menu draft (not that I really care. I'd be fine with being surprised)

How much is it? Is it just for 2 persons?

We're doing 8 people. I think they're pretty flexible on number of people and price. I named the price I wanted, and they're going to match the food and drinks to that, but I probably went much higher than they normally do if I had to guess.

Please give us a review. It's name your price like Priceline? Seems like a red flag, but I hope it works out.

I think that it's usually 5 courses at a set price, but I think I booked before they'd really ironed out what their MO for it would be.
Review will be posted for sure. I'm excited - I'm hoping it'll give Ryan the opportunity to do some more out there dishes that wouldn't necessarily fit on a menu being presented to the general public.
