Had some over the weekend. Kinda pricy, but really good stuff.

Talk amongst yourselves.

Guess not, oh well.

"So hey Count, hows it going"?

Reply: "Oh, its going pretty well, how you been"?

Reply: "Oh, the weather sure is nice. Who you think gonna win the Republican nomination"...

Reply: "I like that goofy Ron Paul idiot, you"?

Reply: "Not sure, but i like me some that Boudreaux wine".

It's good wine. Usually needs a good decant or cellar time. I'm drinking the 2004 now. The 2003 regular Cab was very highly thought of and is difficult to find. The guy that makes the wine (Rob Newsome) is an LSU grad that worked for Columbia (clothing company). He's very responsive, and he loves to hear from other tiger fans. I've been invited out to his winery, but Leavenworth is kind go a bitch to get to.

I try to suppot him as much as possible. His syrah is good. I've never had the reserve cab (that's the one that costs $94.00), but I hear good things.

Interesting story, I heard a good bit of it at the camp while we were drinking. We picked up the reserve cab in Laffy over on Ambassador Caffrey, the shop by Charlie G's. I found it by accident, thought the name was kinda catchy and the rest is history.

Haven't been to Ambassador Caffery yet. I usually go to Philippe's.

That's the same place he's talking about.

I am a frequent flyer at Phillipe's. Probably should just forward my mail there.

Phillipe's currently having a sale on 2008 Duckhorn: sale price $35. regular price $60

Great opportunity to stock up on a very good wine.

We purchased the Boudreaux cause we thought it kinda funny.

Oh I'm into all of that, too.

Beverage of the day depends on how high- brow I'm feeling.

Funny you're asking this now as I just heard of this wine a few days ago and was wondering if it was good and worth the money.
