any insight on the new Oak and Smoke BBQ Company opening later this week in Prairieville?

it appears they have been doing "Pop Ups" for the past couple of years. They will be opening in the former Burger drive through only location on Hwy 42.

The food truck was easily the best BBQ in the BR area. It'll def be worth visiting if they keep up the same consistency.
