Simply seasoned- salt, pepper, garlic, whatever else you want. Slice an onion and some mushrooms for the bottom. Frozen chicken on top of the onion/mushroom. 6 hours on high until it shreds. Simply seasoned to make it multipurpose- quesadillas, salad, wraps, soups, etc.
