Another King Cake thread - how many for office party?

How many servings come out of a standard medium sized king cake?
Going to take some to my office in GA in a couple of weeks. No clue how many servings I can expect to get out of one if I precut it (to avoid someone taking a huge piece).

LoL. The exact reason I asked on here is I don't trust the people selling the things to tell me how many I need. Their answer? "A lot...."

If you think a 2" slice isn't enough, get enough for everyone to have two, or three, or however many. We can't really answer this for you. We don't know how many people are in this office.

I mean they give the approximate size of their king cake as well. It's not like the supplier is trying to be dishonest.
Don't know how many fatties either.
Does he want to just give them a slice or give them enough to overstuff their gullets?

Yeah. I just wanted to get everyone a slice. I was hoping someone has done the due diligence to say "you get xx number of slices out of a cake...".
