6 to 7 lbs of Zatarain's Crab Boil (1 1/2 4.5 lb containers) and 1/2 gallon (64 oz) of the liquid boil, 1 quart of lemon juice.

Skip this completely. One thing I hate is tasting the liquid boil in crawfish. And if you add that crap, you'll taste it. One bag of seasoning will be enough. Taste the water and see if you need more salt but don't use liquid boil. It sucks.
