No, because growth has pretty much been anemic for a few years now. Third street is way better than it was 20 years ago, but has seem to have lost some traction it had in mid to late 2000’s.

They are building apartments and hotels downtown as fast as they can go vertical. People sleeping downtown will eat and drink downtown. No, downtown doesn't have the same buzz that it did a few years ago, but it currently looks as though the growth will be significantly more sustainable.
