Congrats for those who have been waiting.
They have a waiting list of over 250.
I don't know how many spots they are expanding.
I've been in it for 2 years, and the bottles are mostly one offs and phenomenal wild ales.
2018 Ale Club
MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW:
Twelve bottles of specialty beer. Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re working on for this year and of course, will depend on what the beer decides to do:
La Tache aged in tequila barrels with raspberries
Sahalie brewed with ponderosa needles
3-year-old spontaneous brown ale aged on cherries
Experimental beer brewed with fresh oranges called OJ Dan
A beer called Smothered in Hugs, you’ll feel it
Persimmon La Tache bottle conditioned with red sour cherry juice
Dark rye beer aged in a marsala puncheon
Double peach La Tache aged first in bourbon barrels with fresh peaches, then transferred to second use wine barrels on more fresh peaches
Blackberry Minotaur
Minotaur with both sweet & sour cherries
A beer called Bluto aged in a marsala puncheon, its characteristic flavor derived from an extremely long boil in our copper kettle
Yet to be determined
