Air Fryer Oven, recipes I've like.

I bought the Ninja Air Fryer Oven last week. It's not very "tall" but it has a big wide pan/basket and I liked the way it folds up out of the way once you are done with it. It preheats super fast usually in less than a minute. It heats up so fast I normally just stick my food in and don't even bother accounting for the preheat time. When I come across an interesting recipe or make one up myself that I enjoyed I'll bump this and stick the recipe in here. I do have the Ninja Foodie air fry oven so times/temps might differ from your unit.
I'm always looking for quick easy recipes you can spend a few minutes throwing together. I had a can of Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough my wife bought for something else and didn't use.
I quartered the pizza dough and put two quarters stretched to fit my fry basket. Fried at 375 degrees for 3 minutes make the pizza dough firm enough to pick up and handle like soft pita bread. I flipped it over since my air fryer basket makes a nice pattern in the pizza crust that helps it hold pizza sauce.
Dress the way you want.
Fry at 400 degrees for 4 minutes. The picture shows 375 but I found it took around 4:30 at 375 and my oven doesn't do half minutes. Subsequent tests shows that 400 at 4:00 is just about perfect. Edges of the pizza are nice light and crispy and the pizza is firm enough to hold it's shape when cut in half.
Assuming you have all the toppings I can have a hand made fresh pizza in less than 10 minutes from start to finish. My oven wouldn't have even been preheated in that amount of time.

This has been my wife's favorite so far.
Took a bag of mini potatoes. Cut the biggest ones in half and left the gumball sized ones whole. Tossed in olive oil and your favorite cajun seasoning. Wrapped frozen corn in aluminum foil and sprinkled with some more seasoning. Cut up 1lbs of sausage. Threw it all on the sheet pan and cooked at 400 degrees on "Air Roast" for 25 minutes.
When this is almost done I took some frozen shrimp washed the frost off of it and tossed in some more seasoning. Added it to the top of the pan and roasted another 7 minutes. My wife ate it over boxed Jambalaya rice in a bowl. I just ate it out of the pan using the potatoes and shrimp to sop up the sausage drippings. Honestly my way was way better, less work, and doesn't dirty a plate and utensil, and no wasted stomach space on crappy boxed rice.
