So the Instapot Vortex has some really good reviews. I have never been sold on the air fryer but this looks interesting because I have been debating whether or not I wanted to get a rotisserie. This one looks to be a good deal as it has conventional shelves, rotisserie, and a rotisserie drum.

I can see this getting a lot of use in my house once I figure out how to use it. My question is, what is your go to rotisserie recipes and would they work in this 10qt unit. I would like to do whole chickens, ribs, pork butts, tots/fries, and chicken wings. Is this the right tool for the job or should I look elsewhere to more traditional rotisserie options?

Why did you call it "Instapot"? It's not a pressure cooker. Did Instapot make it?

ETA: OK, I see it is made by InstantPot.

Yeah, just habit of saying “instapot” I guess.

My biggest issue is I have no idea how to season chicken and ribs for rotisserie and I can’t find resources for it. So even though I really want to get one, I am hesitant to buy this one because I am afraid that I will be wasting my money.
