Wet brine? Throw the kitchen cabinet and the refrigerator off in there. It’s going to be hard to mess up a turkey.

Bingo. A few years ago we dumped an entire bottle of wishbone fat free italian dressing into the bucket as a joke...
Well after spatchcocked and bbqed that bird remains the best tasting turkey we've ever done.
I just walk up yo the spice cabinet and dump anything in that I think is interesting.

Dunno.. My brine is awesome perfections as it is... But for some reason I omitted the Jalapeno this year.
Onion, Garlic, Celery, Beef Broth, Thyme, Oregano Apple juice and lots o salt.
Mix with ice and set outside overnight in a 5 gallon bucket.
Just didn't want it to have a chili taste this year... i dunno.. One pepper should not have had that much effect.
