I eat shrimp poboys from Poboy Express on Perkins all the time. Shrimp falling off. Probably like 20 or so on a half size. So much food that I only get the half with fries. Actually one of my favorites.

Before Rickenjack's had their grand reopening in LC I ordered a large fried shrimp poboy. It had 4 shrimp. Now, they were large shrimp, but come on man! It should have had at least 10 IMO, 12 would have been preferable.
