A little help please.

I will be having my first crawfish boil. What seasoning should I use? What pointers can you veterans give me to help this go smooth? I live in Indiana, spent 4 years in Ft.Polk, went to Leesville High school. My food love is Louisiana. I need to show these folks up here what great food is. Thank you all in advance.

I prefer 1 big bag of la seasoning per sack.

Like Otis said, the recipe book should have the process
