A 2014 Marilyn Merlot (which is very tasty). I also collect these, and they appreciate in value very quickly.
750ml of Texas Silver Star Whiskey (visited the distillery and had an old fashioned which was pretty good. They used iced tea(!) and no cherry. Was different.
Oh, and the least rare of the rare whiskeys, Blanton's. Letter "N". Dumped on 1/23/18 fwiw. Looking forward to some new hangovers.

Where did you get the Blanton's? Can't find it in Fort Worth. Was it on the shelf or did you have to ask for it?

A buddy of mine procured it. I don’t know where he got it, but he said a guy was working on a bottle of Eagle Rare 17 for him.

It took me weeks to finally get a bottle around here. I hit several places between Dallas and here and got nothing.
I noticed that we seemed awash in Buffalo Trace, but it was seldom seen in East Texas. But they had plenty of Weller, which we seldom see around here.
The same place makes both, so it makes little sense. Another example of the three tier system fricking the consumer’s ability to choose product.
