It probably looks about the same as it did when I first picked one up.
The only physics class I've ever taken was non-calc physics in a summer course at Tulane (pre-Katrina). For the rest, I've self-educated as I have seen the need for it. If I can do it, anyone can (I'm not that smart) if they start at the beginning.

I am sorry about your business, but this has nothing to do with federal mandates. The only "red tape" they had to clear is approval of the Mississippi River Commission. They had that Monday. They are giving people a chance to clear out what they can, and they are giving Morgan City a chance to do whatever it can to get ready.
