I know that strong north winds in the winter tend to move a lot of water out to the Gulf quickly. Will that help some here? Anyone know?

thats alot of water to move. The north winds in the late spring are not sustainable for long periods like they are in the winter. Fwiw it feels awesome up here tonight.

Are you in northern Alabama? We were in a cabin on Lookout Mountain TN last week and the temps were heaven. Only downer was seeing all the damage from the tornadoes on the drive up and back. It made me feel guilty for even taking the trip.
