Do they expect the water to go over the levee that divides spillway

That divides the Spillway? At about mile marker 214 or so there is that levee that divides the Spillway where a lot of fishman park and launch. Just drove over that and it's about 6 or 7 feet from the top. It was about 14ft from the top 24 hrs ago. Do they expect it to flood the area closer towards the 310 split. The RR would be under water.

Without knowing what you are talking about I'm going to say they don't expect the water to go over any opened spillways or levees along them.

Sorry. By divide I just meant it was about 1/2 down. The levee is under the spillway. Water could go over the levee and not the bridge. It just looked too close for comfort.
