you have an idea, but I'm not sure it's executed that well. Some possible ideas, since you're obviously referencing shepard fairey's Obama "HOPE" poster.
-Use more than two colors. It's obvious you used the threshold, or something similar, in photoshop or gimp or whatever.
-If you can, find a photo of trent looking up and to one side, or just superimpose his face on the source photo for the obama poster.
-use a sans serif font for your headline
These are off the top of my head. Right now, it would make a good avatar, but I'm not sure people would pay to wear it on the chest yet.
ETA: also, your second line, the type and spacing should be at a size so that its overall width should be the same as "CHANGE"
