Trouble with CutContour?

I'm trying to create CutContour lines that will show up when I "RIP & Print" in Flexi 19... Two issues... One, if I choose to just "Cut" the image, it changes the orientation, etc. that won't match what is printed (from a ValuJet "VJ-1324")... if I choose "RIP & Print" the image shows up alright, but the CUT job (the gets sent separately) only shows that it's going to be cutting the bounding box.
I've got the cutlines identifed as C-0 M-100 Y-0 K-0 and they are supposed to be registered by the cutter (Vinyl Express Q100)
I have been looking all over for tutorials and am just confusing myself at this point... If ANYONE thinks they might be able to help me, please, please, PLEASE send me an email
