Theismann Fark Request

I was just reading the Blind Side and thought a Theismann fark would be amusing, at least to me. The idea is Joe in ordinary civilian clothes doing whatever and LT is diving at him all over again.
Could someone do something with any two pictures to create that effect? If it could be used as a sig, great, but if not, that's fine too, I just think it would be funny. Thanks in advance.

Dude, I lived in the DC area and was watching the game on television the night Theismann broke his leg. After the game the local news outlets replayed it over and over and over, and it was nauseating. If you'd seen it on TV then you would never want to again.
